Earlier this month i received the Uni VoxBox free from Influenster for testing purposes. I have received quite a few boxes now and this one was definitely my favorite!
The Uni VoxBox was specifically sent out to female students, and the products ranged from beauty to scholastic. The box came with one imPRESS press on manicure, one Red Rose Real Tea, One 16 unit box of Playtex Sport, one Rimmel Stay Matte for my skin tone, one New York Color lipstick, and one Acroball Pilot pen.
The contents of the box were great! It came with quite a bit, and it is always fun to test various products. I will review each one below:
RedRose Real Tea: I loved this! I got the Raspberry flavor and it is so easy to prepare! You squeeze a drop or two into a glass of water and that’s it! Flavorful, yet not a strong taste, and perfect for spring or summer. I keep it at my office and whenever i feel like snacking i just make a glass of tea instead for only 5 calories!
Playtex Sport: I actually didn’t use these! My roommate loves this product and i already have a go-to product, so i gave her the box of tampons. She loves it though and she recommends it!
Rimmel Stay Matte: I love RImmel so much! I started using Rimmel products due to one of my previous VoxBoxs, but ever since then, Rimmel has been my go to for make up products. This is just another winner! It goes on great, it lasts, and it matched my skin tone perfectly!
NYC Lipstick: Ok i like the product, but not necessarily the color. I wear more red colors than i do pink, and the fuchsia is just a bit bold for my taste. It also didn’t last long after i applied it, but i would be willing to give this brand another try in a different shade.
Acroball Pilot Pen: I don’t have a lot to say about the pen other than it is very comfortable and easy to write with. I am not fussy about pens, but this one is nicer than what i normally use.
imPRESS Press on manicure: I loved this product! First, the design i got was gorgeous! Just beautiful and light floral designs that i would never be able to paint on my own nails. This was easy to apply, quick due to no drying time, and it stayed on decently well. Some people complained that the press ons didn’t last, but for the price i feel it is worth it!
I just got this last week from Influenster to test and review the product. I LOVE getting my nails done and my bathroom is full of nail polish and nail designs. These were PERFECT for me!
What I Love:
-It is so easy and quick to apply! You don’t have to wait for polish to dry, you don’t have to get your nails messy by getting polish on your finger, and you don’t have to try to do your own designs on your nails!
-Beautiful colors and designs to choose from! Seriously, i got this floral one, which i love, but they have cheetah print, glitter polish, french tips, and so many more options to choose from!
-The price doesn’t break your bank! It is affordable but so cute. You don’t need to pay $35 for a manicure for a party or event when you can use these for less than $6.
Things to Improve:
- I wish they lasted a little longer. Don’t get me wrong, they were better than i expected, but it could last a few extra days. (Disclaimer: I was playing guitar, washing dishes, and not being careful to preserve my imPRESS manicure either).
